|International forum "Russian energy week — 2017"|
International Forum on energy efficiency and energy development "Russian Energy Week" will be held in Moscow from 3rd to 7th of October 2017 in accordance with the decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 2026-R of September 27, 2016.
The purpose of the Forum is to demonstrate the prospects of the Russian fuel and energy complex and realization of the potential of international cooperation in the energy sector. The forum will be a platform to discuss the key challenges facing the energy sector of the economy and current development problems in:
The forum will bring together heads of major global and Russian energy companies.
The predecessor of the Russian Energy Week is an International Forum on Energy Efficiency and Energy Development-ENES on the issues of energy savings and energy efficiency technologies. From 2012 to 2016 five forums were held and attended by representatives of key manufacturing companies and industry government organizations.
The business programme of the Russian Energy Week will include such events as: panel discussion, "the Future of electricity sector: how to change power system and consumers of energy?", panel discussion: "Public meeting of the Supervisory Board of the State Corporation Fund of Housing and Communal Services", International Summit of mayors for energy efficiency and sustainable urban development, panel discussion of Russian-European cooperation: the path to global growth of energy efficiency and many others.
The main activities of the Russian Energy Week will be held from 3 to 7 October 2017 on the territory of the Central exhibition hall "Manege" (Moscow, Manezh square, 1).
