|We invite you to participate in the national seminar for teachers: "Teaching methods for students of secondary professional and higher education institutions on energy conservation"|
For several years already, the teaching materials on discipline "Basics of energy saving and energy efficiency" and the curriculum for masters under the program "Energy management", developed within the implementation of the UNDP-GEF Project "Building energy efficiency in the North-West of Russia" for secondary and higher professional (bachelor's degree) levels of education are being successfully implemented in the educational institutions of our country.
The Project announces a national seminar for teachers of secondary professional and higher education institutions "Methodology of training for students of institutions of secondary professional and higher education on energy conservation. The experience of the UNDP-GEF Project "Building energy efficiency in the North-West of Russia" with the aim of spreading the students' learning experience on energy efficiency using the developed teaching materials. During the seminar teachers, who already have had an extensive experience on teaching students with the teaching materials developed by the Project will deliver their speeches. Also tutorials on energy efficiency will be presented, which currently are being prepared for publication, as well as training programs and qualification courses on energy efficiency.
The seminar will be held at the site of the St. Petersburg branch of the Interregional centre for professional training and retraining of staff on energy efficiency (St. Petersburg State University of Industrial Technology and Design), created with the support of the Project, and will be broadcasted in the Internet.
The event will be held on April 27, 2017 at the following address: St. Petersburg, Ivana Chernykh str., 4. buildingB*-125. The seminar starts at 10.00 am. Participation is free, preliminary registration is required.
